The New York Knicks have been unstoppable in their five games of the season and they will take on one of the toughest teams in the NBA Thursday night as they face the savvy San Antonio Spurs at 8:30 p.m. ET.

The Knicks have barely used any late game heroics in their matchups as they have blown out their opponents. They missed hitting triple digits for the fifth time in a row at the start of the season as they dfeated the Orlando Magic 99-89.

However, it was their 5th consecutive double-digit win as they have kept their distance from their opponents.

They have done it with offense and defense on both ends of the floor.

The Spurs, though they seem like they're getting older and older, have a great mix of young talent with veteran players.

San Antonio scraped out a win over the Los Angeles Lakers to push their record to 7-1. Their only loss came at the hands of the Los Angeles Clippers who are at the top of the Pacific division in the Western Conference.

The Spurs have used late heroics to defeat their opponents. The Lakers fell victim to the Spurs late game rallies and they have held on against the OKC Thunder, Portland Trail Blazers and right at the start of the season they needed a Tony Paker three to get them over the New Orleans Hornets.

We will try to bring you the most we can from the action. The game will be exciting as two of the NBA's best go toe-to-toe.
