Week 15 Fantasy Preview (Playoffs Edition): Tampa Bay Buccaneers at St. Louis Rams, Todd Gurley, Doug Martin, Mike Evans, Tavon Austin

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Doug Martin (Running Back):  Martin just finished tearing up a defense when he only had 11 carries and his team was playing from behind. He has back to back touchdowns these past 2 weeks and will likely see more touches against a Rams team with an extremely anemic offense. Martin has not gained under 81 yards in 4 weeks so it is likely he will continue his hot streak against a defense that has allowed the 9th most fantasy points to running backs. Martin is a safe RB2.

Mike Evans (Wide Receiver): Evans has not had the best fantasy season to date but he is certainly trying to be productive, he has not gained over 100 yards receiving since week 10 and has been very sporadic about scoring touchdowns. Evans is facing a defense that gives up the 3rd fewest fantasy points to wide receivers so he should have a fight on his hands. Evans literally can see anywhere from 4 to 19 targets a game so it will be difficult to gauge just how big of an impact he will have. Evans should be sat for a steadier option.

St. Louis Rams

Todd Gurley (Running Back): Gurley found his way back into fantasy relevance after 2 down weeks. Gurley suffered a minor knee injury in last week's game however he did not even show up on the injury report. Gurley will be facing a defense that has given up the 8th fewest fantasy points to running backs. Gurley has done well against tough defenses so the matchup should not be the problem. If the Rams offense can click Gurley will be in great shape but if the Buc's are disruptive and throw off this offenses timing look out. Gurley has 8 touchdowns on the season.

Tavon Austin (Wide Receiver): Austin has been largely productive on the ground and sees very few fantasy points from his aerial targets. All Austin owners might be looking at the matchup which is pretty good however Austin as a player is wildly unreliable. Austin should see some valuable time as a gadget player but I would not risk my fantasy season on him, he is a sit.
