The biggest game of Tuesday night's Champions League encounters sees Juventus host Chelsea in a crunch Group E clash.
With qualification to the knockout stages still hanging very much in the balance, a win for either side can tip the balance towards qualifying for the last-16, or making an early exit. Shakhtar Donetsk and Chelsea are locked on 7 points, while, Juventus have six from four games, with FC Nordsjaelland as good as out of the picture, having garnered just a single point.
Chelsea will be buoyed by their last-gasp win over an impressive Shakhtar Donetsk side, but will not only be wary of the threat posed by Juventus, but will also have to overcome their poor domestic form which has seen them go winless in four Premier League games.
Roberto Di Matteo insisted he is not feeling the pressure, while putting his faith in his players to bounce back from the disappointing defeat to West Brom on Saturday. "At the moment we are thinking positive and we played a very good game at home against Juve," Di Matteo said. "It's going to be a difficult one for sure -- they are under pressure as well to win this game and it's going to make it an interesting match.
"It will be an open game. Both sides can win it. Juve are at home and maybe that could be a bit of an advantage, but sometimes playing at home can be a hindrance too. I think we've got to try and create problems for Juve.
"I've seen lots of their recent games, including the last one against Lazio, when they crushed their opponents in their own half. We have to cause them problems. Yes, we will defend, but not only that.
"We owe ourselves a good performance, then anything can happen. We have proved before that when it comes down to it, our players can be counted on."
Juve, meanwhile, while having found it difficult at times on their return to the Champions League, will always remain a threat to any side, and Chelsea will know they will need to stop the creative output of Andrea Pirlo in particular to stop the home side from controlling the game.
"We know, without beating around the bush, that it's all or nothing and we want to go through," Juve assistant coach Angelo Alessio said. "We will take to the field with our customary determination and will to win.
"We know how good their goalkeeper is, but we have to create lots of chances. They are the European champions, have strengthened with three or four good players, so they need to be respected as a team. At the same time, we know how strong we are and we will be playing them on an equal footing.
"If we do well, we can go through, if we are not so good, we will play in the Europa League, but we know we have achieved something already and we have faith in the fans -- Antonio (Conte) has told me he wants to see the stadium rocking."
In team news, Chelsea will welcome back Ashley Cole into the team, after the left-back overcame his injury, but John Terry and Frank Lampard remain ruled out.
Mirko Vucinic missed the weekend's game for Juventus because of flu, but the striker is expected to be available on Tuesday. Simone Pepe made his first appearance of the season against Lazio and is expected again to be in the squad against Chelsea.
