NFL Week 16 Fantasy Football Recap (Championship Edition): New York Giants at Minnesota Vikings, Adrian Peterson, Jerick McKinnon, Eli Manning

New York Giants

Eli Manning (Quarterback): Manning hit an absolute wall without Odell Beckham on the field. Manning struggled to find players deep down the field all day long. Manning completed 15 out of his 29 passing attempts for 234 yards and a touchdown. Manning was bogged down by interceptions all game as he threw 3 big ones throughout the contest. Manning didn't even record a completion until the middle of the 2nd quarter. Manning was not a great option heading into this week without ODB but his performance has shown the Giants just where exactly Manning is in terms of his career.

Minnesota Vikings

Adrian Peterson/Jerick McKinnon (Running Back): Peterson and Mckinnon crushed the Giants handedly. Peterson had a great fantasy day recording 22 rushing attempts for 104 yards and a touchdown while he caught his only target for 15 yards. McKinnon handled all of the garbage time work as the Vikings beat the Giants into the ground. McKinnon recorded 7 rushing attempts for 89 yards and 2 garbage time touchdowns. McKinnon was also able to wrangle two of his three targets for 8 yards. Peterson should be heavily utilized in the Vikings final game of the season.
