The Jacksonville Jaguars had a pretty impressive season as far as Jaguars seasons go. They went 5-11 but at one point seemed to be the front runners for the AFC South.
The Jaguars need to drastically improve their defense however stars are beginning to emerge. Linebacker Telvin Smith has been a reliable playmaker for the Jaguars this season. The Jaguars will likely see the return of Dante Fowler and he will be a true rookie as he missed all of last season due to injury. Allen Hurns will also be returning from sports hernia surgery he had in the offseason.
The Jaguars primary draft needs are at cornerback/safety, center, and defensive tackle. Cornerback will likely be focused on in free agency as Sean Smith, Eric Berry, Prince Amukamara, Janoris Jenkins, and Josh Norman are all available and the Jags should have a ton of cap space. At center the top player at that position will likely be Ryan Kelly and with the way Bortles has been developing investing in his offensive line should be paramount.
They could also help bolster that pick buy picking up free agent offensive linemen such as Russell Okung or Cordy Glenn. Lastly the Jaguars need a defensive tackle to stop them from getting gashed by opposing running backs. The best pick for the Jaguars would likely be A'Shawn Robinson who not only has first round talent but would go a long way into making this Jaguars defensive line a force to be reckoned with.
