The New York Jets and New England Patriots will renew their rivalry on Thanksgiving as they Patriots go for the season sweep at 8:20 pm ET.

The Patriots (7-3) lead the AFC East division by three games, as the Jets, Miami Dolphin and Buffalo Bills are all tied for last place in the AFC East.

The Pats will be without tight end Rob Gronkowski, who will miss the next few weeks with a forearm injury.

Meanwhile, the Jets (4-6) come into the matchup having lost five of their last seven games, and are now in a must-win mode for the rest of the season just to keep their hopes of making the playoffs.

The Jets give up only 200.1 passing yards per game, which is fourth in the league, but they give up 141.9 rushing yards per game, which is 30th.

Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez will look to replicate his performance against the St. Louis Rams, where he threw for a touchdown on 15-of-20 passing, against the strong Patriots defense.

The last time these two teams met was Oct. 21, when the Patriots won 29-26 in overtime.
