Steph Curry's injury will have the Golden State Warriors searching for answers as they look to fill the void that he leaves in this offense.
Curry suffered the left shin contusion last week which has limited his mobility. Curry will need to rest his shin for 4 weeks before it is fully healed however that is far too long for Curry. He expects to play with this injury but he wants to figure out a way to protect the injury while on the court.
Even though this injury is not a long term issue Curry will still be beside himself if he cannot be effective throughout this 4 week span. Curry for the most part just wants to avoid having this minor injury turn into a major concern.
Curry is currently shooting 51 percent from the field and 45 percent from behind the 3 point line; it will be interesting to see if this injury drastically affects his numbers. The Warriors need Curry on the floor to win and there are not many replacements behind him. Curry has been experimenting with different shin pads to help him get through a full game. Curry will need to gut it out because no one can replace him.
