English Premier League Table and Schedule: Arsenal, Leicester, Manchester City, Tottenham, Manchester United Lead Standings, Liverpool Chasing

The English Premier League table has Arsenal, Leicester, Manchester City and Tottenham in the top four, while Manchester United and Liverpool are chasing in the top 10. The schedule picks up this week after the FA Cup matches over the weekend and there will be games on Monday and Tuesday.

Arsenal comes into the week leading the Premier League standings over Leicester and Man City, while Tottenham comes in at number four. Arsenal won last week and Leicester pulled a draw, giving the Gunners the lead in the EPL. The Gunners have 42 points, while Leicester has 40 ahead of Man City, who have 39 points this season. Man City has been the highest scoring team in the EPL this season.

Tottenham has 36 points this season and they are leading Manchester United by three points in the league standings. Man United is looking to get things going to get back into the top four and they are leading West Ham by one point. Crystal Palace is next in the standings and they are in ahead of Liverpool and Watford in the EPL, while Stoke City rounds out the top 10. Everton is next in the standings and they are two points back of Stoke.

West Brom and Southampton are next on the EPL table and they are in ahead of Chelsea, who have been struggling all season. Chelsea has 23 points along with Norwich, while Bournemouth is next in the standings. Swansea City is in the 17th spot in the league standings, while Newcastle, Sunderland and Aston Villa are the bottom three teams coming into the week.

The schedule for the EPL picks up on Tuesday and there will be three games played before the rest pick up on Wednesday. Newcastle will host Manchester United, while Bournemouth plays West Ham and Aston Villa matches up with Crystal Palace. The Wednesday schedule has some solid matchups with Manchester City playing Everton and Tottenham matching up with Leicester.

Liverpool is hosting Arsenal at Anfield in one of the best matchups, while a top four matchup with Tottenham and Leicester is one to watch. Stoke City will be playing against Norwich, while Chelsea will be hosting West Brom at Stamford Bridge. Swansea City plays against Sunderland, while Southampton takes on Watford.

The post New Year schedule saw West Ham win at home over Liverpool, while Arsenal won 1-0 against Newcastle. Everton and Tottenham played to a 1-1 draw, while Chelsea won 3-0 over Crystal Palace. Manchester United won 2-1 over Swansea City, while West Brom won over Stoke. Sunderland won 3-1 against Aston Villa, while Norwich won over Southampton and Leicester played to a scoreless draw with Bournemouth. Manchester City won 2-1 against Watford and now those teams will try and keep things going into the middle of January.
