With Real Madrid suffering a 1-0 loss to Real Betis Saturday, Barcelona will look to pull further clear of their rivals when they take on Levante.
Barca are already 8 points ahead of the defending champions, and could go 11 points ahead if they post a win against their opponents Levante, who are sixth in the table on 20 points.
"It's always been tough when we have played away to Levante," Barcelona manager Tito Vilanova said.
"Levante always play with a striker upfront. They've draw one and lost two of their home games, against Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid, but they've won the rest.
"You show your age on the pitch, not on your identity card. The important thing is to be good, regardless of whether you're younger or older. Our games against Levante have always been complicated but we've always had a good reception from the crowd."
Thiago Alcantara and Adriano return to the squad after injuries, but David Villa has not travelled due to a minor injury.
"It's a joy to see them back," Vilanova added. "They're important players.
"He (Villa) didn't take part in the second half in Moscow. In principle it's nothing much and we prefer him to rest.
"The (rest of the ) players have come back happy and rested. Over the year we try and give them a rest, and especially in this case when we've had five days between one match and another."
