It is being reported that New England Patriots superstar tight end Rob Gronkowski is suffering from pain in his right knee and needed to go to the hospital.
Gronkowski received a pain injection and is looking like a question mark for this weekend's divisional matchup. The Patriots can ill afford to lose Gronkowski especially after just getting Julian Edelman back from a foot injury. Gronkowski has been Tom Brady's go to weapon since Edelman's injury but after suffering an MCL sprain the Patriots passing offense has been hurting.
Brandon LaFell has dropped most of the balls thrown his way and Danny Amendola has been clutch but dealing with his own injury problems. The Patriots are going to need a fully healthy passing offense to help stop a team that is currently on an 11 game winning streak.
The Chiefs have not been stopped by anyone and it is seemingly more and more unlikely that Tom Brady will have his full core of weapons to throw too. The Chiefs have recorded the 5th most takeaways with 29 and have allowed the 3rd fewest points per game. Without Brady's full complement of weapons how can he stop such a monstrous defense?
