Kevin Durant donated $57k for homeless Oklahoma kids

Good for Kevin Durant!

Kevin Durant may have left the Thunder for the Warriors during free agency, but his heart is still in Oklahoma City. And the All-Star forward proved so on Tuesday with a huge charitable donation to help the state’s struggling youth.

Positive Tomorrows, a tuition-free elementary school for homeless children, announced The Kevin Durant Charity Foundation donated $57,000. His donation unlocked an anonymous $50,000 challenge grant, and the school will use its new funds to buy land in order to build a new facility, it announced on its website.
