Hulk Hogan Refiles Lawsuit Worth $100 Million for Sex Tape

Hulk Hogan still finds a way to remain relevant in the news. This time Hulkamania will be re-filing a lawsuit worth $100 million for a sex tape that went viral as it was posted on media gossip site Gawker.

According to TMZ, the video posted on the site was only one minute long. Hogan had taken the matter to court back in October, but he dismissed the lawsuit because he was working on bigger things.

Maybe his prior wrestling life gave him the flair for the dramatic. Hogan's plans wer to bring both Gawker and the partner in his video, Heather Clem, to court.

Why would he take Clem to court you ask?

Because Hogan believes she was responsible for leaking the footage and the two of them doing their thing.

Also, Hulkamania's plans is to get both Gawker and Clem together in court that way he can save money and put attorneys through less work.

We would find a link to this video for those interested in seeing Hulk and Clem in action, but who would really want to see a 59-year-old do what they do in the discovery channel?

We'll leave you with this, check out TMZ's story on the matter and if you want more on this topic, you can dig deeper.
