So the usual suspects are still alive in the second round of the 2013 Australian Open. We have the time and place for the matches as high profile players like Novak Djokovic (1), Maria Sharapova (2), Venus Williams (25), David Ferrer (4), Samantha Stosur (9) and Agnieszka Radwanska (4).

Let's break down these scheduled matches. 

Djokovic (SRB) vs. Ryan Harrison (USA) After 7 p.m. EDT, 3 a.m. ET, Following Venus Williams match. Rod Laver Arena
These two hook up for the main event as they wrap up the evening's second roung Single's action. Djokovic is fresh of a three-set sweep against the Frenchman Paul-Henri Mathieu. Harrison put in a little extra work to get past the Colombian Santiago Giraldo pushing it to four sets. Harrison dropped the first set, but then swept the match winning the last three.

Venus (USA) vs. Alize Cornet (FRA) Start time: 7 p.m. EDT, 3 a.m. ET Rod Laver Arena
These two ladies start off the evening session. Williams has been struggling in recent years, but she still maintains ranked in the Top 25, barely, but she's there. 

Cornet comes into this match after defeating Marina Erakovic in three well played, hard fought sets 7-5, 6(3)-7(7), 10-8. Look at those numbers. On the other hand, Venus cruised through her opponent Galina Voskoboeva in two sets and only allowed a point. 

Here are the other active players in Wednesday's Round 2. 

Starting the day off is Radwanska vs. Irina-Camelia Begu at 11 a.m. EDT/7 p.m. ET at the Rod Laver Arena. 

Following this match, watch and taking over the Rod Laver is Tomas Berdych (5) vs. Guillaume Rufin. 

Wrapping up the action in front of the hometown crowd at the Rod Laver Arena is Stosur vs. Jie Zheng. These matches will all be played back-to-back.

At the Hisense Arena beginning at 11 a.m. EDT/7 p.m. ET, watch Nicolas Alamgro (10) vs. Daniel Gimeno-Traver. This matchup features talents from Spain. 

Wrapping up the action at the Hisense Arena, will be No. 2 Sharapova vs.Misaki Doi. 

Ferrer will play at the Margaret Court Arena probably close to 2 p.m. EDT/10 p.m. ET. He faces Tim Smyczek of the U.S.
