Los Angeles Kings Live Stream: Watch Opening Day Online Against the Chicago Blackhawks

The Los Angeles Kings' season takes off today at 3 p.m. ET against the Chicago Blackhawks. Check out the live stream provided at the end of the article.

The Kings pretty much keep their roster intact as they get ready to defend their Stanley Cup. Last season was indeed magical for them as they captured their first championship after defeating the New Jersey Devils in six games. The final Game 6 ended in a 6-1 massacre as the Kings assured there would be no dramatic finish.

You can also catch the banner raising ceremony today before the game.

In 2011-2012, the Kings wrapped up the season with a 40-27 record and 95 points tallied. Though only good for third place, the Kings proved clutch in the playoffs and were the best team of the year.

The Blackhawks finished their 2011-2012 campaign 45-26 good for sixth in the Western Conference and fourth in the Central division

This should be a great matchup as two of the NHL's top teams meet. In a shortened season, it's not wise to count anybody out as champions.

Click here to watch the live stream provided by NHL. It's only $49.99, which is a good deal if you ask us.
