Farmers Insurance Open Live Stream and Weather: Tiger Woods Round Three Free Online In Rain At PGA Tour Torrey Pines in San Diego at 12:10 PM ET

Farmers Insurance Open goes live with Tiger Woods as he tees off round three in the rain at Torrey Pines in San Diego for the PGA Tour event.

Tiger Woods is off to a hot start at the Farmers Insurance Open, but things were cooled on Saturday as the third round was delayed to Sunday due to rain and foggy weather. The final round will be played on Monday. Only one hole was played and Woods did not even get a chance to start the third round.

Players were left hanging around the course, shooting practice drives while the harsh weather muddled the California coast. Things got started early on Sunday morning at 7 PM Pacific time and a number of players will be teeing off before Woods, including Phil Mickelson, Aaron Baddeley, Martin Laird, Matt Every, Eric Meierdierks, James Hahn and Steve Marino.

Woods is 11-under to lead the pack and will tee off at 12:10 PM ET along with Billy Horschel and Casey Wittenberg. Woods has a two-stroke lead over Horschel and will try to take home his sixth career title at the course, and his first since 2008. Woods has some experience playing well with weather issues, as he won in 2005 at this course after a delay in play.

"I have been out here long enough to know that this is part of the game," he said in a statement. "I'll be ready to go tomorrow."

Neither Horschel or Wittenberg has ever won a tournament, while Woods is a 74-time tour winner. Horschel hit a 69 on the South Course to get into the final group.

"It kind of throws you out of your rhythm a little bit," said the 28-year-old Wittenberg. "You're used to playing golf every day, so to kind of have a dead day here in the middle of your four tournament rounds is a little different.

Weather has been an issue on the Tour so far this season, with play getting delayed for the second time in three weeks. Amazingly, last year there were zero fog delays on the tour after dealing with five in 2011.

"If Mother Nature doesn't cooperate, we don't have very much control over that," said Mark Russell, the tour's VP of competition. "We're going to be out here, ready to play, and see what happens."

Luckily the weather hasn't appeared so bad that the tournament will be cut to 54 holes. Defending champion Brandt Snedeker was in the lead with KJ Choi after Thursday, but he slipped a bit on Friday, finishing with a 75 to fall seven shots behind Choi.

"We basically, lost the whole day to day. So we'll be back here in position at 7 in the morning, and we're going to play golf all day until dark, and then when it gets dark, we'll suspend play, and we'll come back Monday morning and finish the championship if the weather cooperates," Russell said. "That is the plan."

Woods has made just as many headlines on the course this week as he has off the course, as reports have come out that the star golfer is dating Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn. Vonn's representatives did not confirm the relationship, but the skier had some success on Saturday while competing in Europe, winning her second race in the span of a week after taking home a World Cup giant slalom.

Woods has won 14 career majors, but hasn't taken any championships since the divorce from his wife after his Thanksgiving incident two years ago. Woods looked much sharper through two rounds in San Diego than he has in a while, with his short game working as well.

The Farmers Insurance Open winner will net $1,098,000 and the television coverage of the tournament can be found on the Golf Channel at 1 pm. ET on CBS between 3 p.m.-6:30 p.m.
