The Detroit Red Wings host their division rival St. Louis Blues in a Central showdown that should be full of action. We have the live stream available and it's not limited to computers, you can also watch the game on your phone.
Without a doubt, the Blues could take a break from playing at home. They struggled during a homestand, which is weird as teams are expected to perform at home especially during the shortened season.
"This was the homestand from hell," coach Ken Hitchcock said. "We lost our goalie, we didn't play as well and now we've got to take this onto the road and we've got to be much more accountable for each other. We don't compete at a high level for 60 minutes and we pay the price because of it," he added. The Blues wrapped up a four-game homestand without a victory going 0-3-1.
As for the Red Wings, they are on a hot streak. They have won two consecutive games at home, something the Blues should give them credit for and the Red Wings have won three consecutive games overall.
The Blues come into this matchup with a 6-5-1 record overall, good for fourth in the Central Division currently controlled by the undefeated in regulation, Chicago Blackhawks. The Red Wings are in third place with a 7-4-1 record.
Detroit has won two of the first three games played between both clubs. These games have all been high scoring. The Blues too the season opener 6-0, but the Red Wings have won the last two games 5-3 and 5-1.
