Los Angeles Lakers News: Kobe Bryant Frustrated, Tells Team To Stop Laughing After Blowout Loss

Feb 15, 2013 11:44 AM EST

Last night the Los Angeles Lakers were blown out by the Los Angeles Clippers, 125-101. It is just another chapter in the struggling season being put together by the Lakers. Currently holding on to a 25-29 record going into the five-day All-Star Break, Kobe Bryant is not sure if his teammates share the same disappointment towards the season as he does. He is not pleased with the attitude the team displayed after getting blown out on Thursday, sayng there is too much laughing and joking around afterwords.

Brant told media after the game that he was not happy with the fact the Lakers cannot seem to rise up and take hold of a challenge. He is just as frustrated being unsure if his teammates feel the same way.

"After we lose by 20 or 30 points, we definitely can't be laughing and joking around with a team that just kicked your ass, that's for sure," Bryant said.

The Lakers' season could be all but hopeless at this point. With trade rumors surrounds ever single player, rumored bad blood between Bryant and Dwight Howard and injuries running wild, the team might not be able to salvage anything from this year.

As the Lakers enter into the five-day break, Bryant hopes the team will take time to refocus and think about they want.

"Just focus on how bad you want it and how important that is," Bryant said.

While Bryant did not name any names as to who he was particularly frustrated with, he has not hesitated to express his frustrations with Howard. He has called the center out for being too soft and not playing through injury. Now this incident is just adding to the overall turmoil that has become the Lakers season.

As the team's season falls further and further out of reach, player's frustrations will become greater. No one seems to be holding back could be a good or bad thing.
