Everton travel to Norwich City for their English Premier League game, knowing nothing but three points will do if they are to keep alive their hopes of qualifying for the Champions League next season.

The Toffees currently lie six points behind Tottenham, who lie in the last Champions League place, and David Moyes will be keen to reduce that gap to three when they take on a Norwich side capable of upsetting the applecart on their day.

Norwich have struggled, though, over the last few weeks, drawing their last three games and scoring just one goal in all.

Canaries manager Chris Hughton, whose side lie in 14th on 29 points, 13 less than Everton, has called for his team to start finding the back of the net.

"It's a key game because it's the next game," Hughton said. "We now have 12 games through until the end of the season, we perhaps need to start turning some of our draws into wins.

"We've looked solid as a unit and I can't fault the lads work ethic. Everybody is putting in a real shift for the team and from that aspect I've been delighted.

"But we perhaps just need to be that little bit more creative, we certainly need to be taking our chances and perhaps need to be a bit more of a threat in the final third.

"I'm realistic enough to know that at points this season our attacking play has been good, but for a club like ours it's difficult to sustain that in this league, week-in-week-out. There will be ups and downs. You just have to hope that when you get the good period you get the points to go with it."

Norwich will welcome back Grant Holt after the forward missed the last game with a back problem. Alexander Tettey and Andrew Surman are slight doubts, while goalkeeper John Ruddy remains ruled out.

Everton are sweating on the fitness of Victor Anichebe, but Seamus Coleman could return having started training earlier this week.
