It will be China versus Japan in the Pool A matchup at the World Baseball Classic on Sunday at 5 a.m. ET/7 p.m. Local Time. We have the live stream of this matchup as China gets ready to play their first WBC game and Japan looks to build on their momentum after winning Game 1 against Brazil.

The Japanese scored three runs in the eighth to defeat Brazil and avoid an upset in the first round of the WBC tournament. They won that game 5-3 and hope to clinch a place in the second round and increase their chances of advancing. If they win today, they've had great success against Cuba and that would be their last opponent remaining in Pool A.

China, who comes into the tournament ranked 18th in the world, will look to make some noise in the tournament. They don't have a successful history in baseball tournaments, but there's always chance to improve.

On the mound today for China will be Xia Luo who is just 20 years old. Taken the mound for the opposing side is Kenta Maeda who is 25 years old.

Check out this ball game as these two Asian nations hook for in the first round of the 2013 WBC.

Mentioning Fukuoka reminds me of this song by Dominican legend, Juan Luis Guerra.
