Lin Leads Knicks to Victory Over Kobe’s Lakers

The New York Knicks new point guard Jeremy Lin outscores Kobe Bryant by scoring 38 points, leadings Knicks to beat Los Angeles Lakers by 92 to 85. The Friday game Knicks played against Lakers has turned the spotlight on Lin who has outshined all players throughout New York's last four games' winning streak.

Lin is a first Taiwanese-American NBA player, a Harvard graduate, who caught the world at awe in just one week. On Friday night, in the game against Lakers, he scored a career high 38 points and outplayed Kobe Bryant which left the crowd at the Madison Square Garden dazzled by the play.

The legend of Jeremy Lin is being talked about all around the world. He has been kicked around before he has proven himself in every game he has played in. The games against New Jersey, Utah and the Wizards were victorious and Lin scored his best in the fourth game against the Lakers.

"Testament to perseverance and hard work. Good example for kids everywhere," Lakers guard Kobe Bryant said about Lin. Lin played his best in the first five minutes of the game, when he scored nine points against the Lakers guards.
