Steelers' all time leading receiver Hines Ward posted on his Facebook page on Saturday that he is willing to work with Steelers so he can remain with the team and finish his career in Pittsburg. Ward's comments came after NFL Network reported that Ward will not be back with the Steelers next season.

Ward was scheduled to make $4 million in 2012. The 14-year veteran who turns 36 next month said he is willing to work with Steelers to restructure his contract to make sure that he can return in 2012.

The Steelers restructured the contract of CB Ike Taylor on Friday and LBs LaMarr Woodley and Lawrence Timmons also agreed to restructure their contracts. Earlier in the week, the team also released CB Bryant McFadden and WR Arnaz Battle.

He had 46 catches for 381 yards and two touchdowns last season, the lowest totals since his rookie year in 1998. His playing time and production dropped last season.

In Steeler's history, Ward holds almost every major receiving record with the eight player in league history to reach 1,000 receiving yards in a season six times.
