New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning has two Super Bowl victories and two MVP awards, now he will add two of something else, as Manning and his wife Abby are expecting their second child.
According to the Daily News, Manning revealed the news at an event on Thursday, and the new baby will join their daughter Ave Francis in the family, who is two-years-old.
"She's due in June," he told Us Weekly at the 2013 Samsung Smart TV launch event in NYC. "We're all very excited."
Manning has been in the news for saying that he would help restructure his deal to get Victor Cruz back with the team, as the receiver and the Giants are trying to work out a contract. Cruz has been Manning's best target over the past few years and along with Hakeem Nicks gives the Giants two of the best wideouts in the game.
Nicks was hurt last season, leaving Cruz as the primary receiver and he excelled, making over 80 catches and gaining over 1,000 yards receiving. Manning has worked on his deals in the past to help the Giants with the salary cap.
