Tiger Woods is in position on Monday to win the Arnold Palmer Invitational for a record eighth time and the number two ranked golfer and the legend himself found time to film a new commercial for EA Sports' Tiger Woods PGA Tour '14 that features the two fighting off a gang of criminals.
According to Yahoo Sports, Woods and Palmer starred in a new commercial for the game, which also included an appearance by Lee Trevino that saw the legends use martial arts to take down a gang in a plane hangar. Woods has been hot to start the season, winning two tournaments as he closes in on a third. The Arnold Palmer Invitational was delayed on Sunday and the final round is going down on Monday.
The 83-year-old legend is happy to see Tiger back on top of his game and the commercial follows in the footsteps of anther commercial last year with Woods and Shaquille O'Neal. The "Rumble" video shows off some skills by both golfers, as Tiger gets his legs up high to take down some of the gang members.
Play was suspended on Sunday with Woods up three strokes on Rickie Fowler, Keegan Bradley, John Huh and Ken Duke. Woods is currently two shots ahead of Fowler through 14 holes.
