Yu Darvish is throwing a perfect game as the Texas Rangers face the Houston Astros in the sixth inning of that game. Check out the live stream provided in this article as Darvish attempts to reach pitching immortality.
So far in the game, Darvish has struck out 11 hitters as the Astros are playing at home in Miller Park. His victims so far in this game, Jose Altuve and Brett Wallace, the guys at the top of the lineup, have struck out twice as well as Opening Day 2013 hero, Justin Maxwell. Carlos Pena, Chris Carter, Rick Ankiel, Marwin Gonzalez and Jason Castro have also been victims to Darvish's nastiness.
The only player to so far surive the Darvish rampage is Carlos Corporan, the catcher.
The only run of the game, so far, was scored by Craig Gentry as Lance Berkman, the former Houston Astro, drove him in with the bases loaded in the third inning.
Darvish was on some crazy cruise control since early on as he retired five of the first hitters he saw via the strikeout.
