Tottenham will look to keep their Europa League dreams alive when they face off against FC Basel in the Europa League quarterfinal second leg.
Spurs are at a disadvantage after only managing a 2-2 draw at White Hart Lane, while they will also be without inspirational forward Gareth Bale.
"We will have to play with ambition and motivation, and we'll need to be as focused as Basel were last week," Villas-Boas said. "We need great organisation.
"We have to give them a lot of credit for their organisation. The players and coach, everyone did what he was supposed to. Basel are an attacking team and so are we, so we can expect some goals."
Along with Bale, Spurs will also have to do without the services of Aaron Lennon and William Gallas, while long-term injury candidates Younes Kaboul and Sandro remain sidelined, although the former did step up his comeback with a 60-minue outing for the under-21 side.
"Basel showed how strong they are -- but so did we," Tottenham defender Michael Dawson said. "It'll be a tough match but we still believe we can qualify."
Basel manager Murat Yakin insisted his side would not play for a draw against Spurs, and would stick to their attacking principles.
"I don't think the players will start the match thinking a draw will be enough," Yakin told reporters. "We will put pressure on the opposition in order to create chances, as we have done all season.
"Our team know how to play at home and how to generate the spirit to play, especially in front of the home crowd. We want to score goals, that is our aim. We saw that we have to change a few things from the first leg and we'll do that.
"Tottenham can switch quickly from defence to attack, but we will try to impose our game. The team are confident enough to do that."
