Kris Humphries is being sued by a clothing store in Beverly Hills, where store owner Scott Hill is claiming that the Brooklyn Nets forward reneged on a deal to promote the store to other players for discounts.

TMZ is reporting that Humphries agreed to introduce potential NBA clients to Hill, minimum two players a month, in exchange for a 30% on some pricy clothing. He allegedly accepted the deal, and purchased apparel worth an estimated $46,000.

Hill is claiming that he is still owed $6,000 for the suits, and added that Humphries never came through on the agreement to bring two of his NBA peers to the Beverly Hills store location.

The clothing company released this statement with Hip Hollywood: "The simple matter is that we hoped Kris would live up to his side of the agreement, but he chose not to appreciate that hard work my company put in ... We gave Kris the opportunity to clear things up. For sometime, there's been a difference of opinion on how things should be handled. Therefore, we had to take legal remedy."

This new lawsuit comes on the heels of Humphries' legal battle with estranged wife Kim Kardashian.

Reports suggest that the two have finally reached an agreement for a day they both can appear in court, and Humphries will look to prove that the reality television star never had any serious intentions about their marriage and the two only wed for publicity reasons.

Kardashian, who is now pregnant by rapper Kanye  West despite still be legally married, has refuted claims about their marriage being a sham.
