Manchester United are targeting a record points haul, and will settle for nothing short of three points when face West Ham in their English Premier League game.
United are currently on 80 points from 32 games, 15 clear of Manchester City, and can break Chelsea's record points tally of 95, if they win their last six games or even five and draw the other.
Upton Park is never an easy place to go, but United will be confident of coming away with all three points against Sam Allardyce's men, following their facile 2-0 win over Stoke on Sunday.
"It's what you would call a thoroughly professional performance, where after scoring the first goal the result never looked in any doubt," Allardyce said of United's weekend win. "Counter-attacking football is one of the great arts of Manchester United and you saw what they did when they counter-attacked to get the penalty for the second goal.
"We'll need to be on our best form, as always, if we are to get anything. We've run them close three times this season, so we hope that's the same again on Wednesday night. Hopefully we can give as good a performance as we gave in the last three.
"Man United have been outstanding and it's been about how their squad rotation has been his masterpiece as usual, about playing the right team at the right time.
"I suppose you could say that because they got knocked out of the Champions League a little sooner than usual and because they got knocked out of the F.A. Cup and Capital One Cup, it's given them the strength and energy to be what they are in the Barclays Premier League this year."
West Ham, in 12th, are relatively safe on 38 points from 32 games, but Allardyce faces a bit of a defensive crisis with Winston Reid, James Tomkins and George McCartney major doubts for the game. Mark Noble and Joe Cole are ruled out through injury.
United do not have any new injury worries, meaning Ashley young, Paul Scholes and Chris Smalling remain sidelined.
