New York Knicks face the Boston Celtics on Saturday for Game 1 of their NBA Playoff series at 3 p.m. ET. Unfortunately, there is no online live stream provided by ABC, but you can check your local listings to catch the live action.
The good news is that ABC is a pretty accessible channel and can been seen anywhere around the country. If you're away from home, you can check out our live blog of the game as the Celtics and Knicks go head-to-head in the first round of the 2013 NBA Playoffs.
The Knicks took the season series 3-1 as Boston was missing the battery of their offense in Rajon Rondo following a torn ACL. Fueled by a playmaking, defensive playing, NBA-leading scorer, Carmelo Anthony, the Knicks had no trouble putting the season series away.
The Celtics look to rely on their veteran and longtime face of the franchise, Paul Pierce, to lead them to victory. Kevin Garnett could be back in the starting five, while Jason Terry will have to provide some fire off the bench and avoid getting posterized.
This matchup means a lot the Knicks who were the second seed in the Eastern Conference. They have a legitimate chance at making the Eastern Conference Finals where they could likely face the Miami Heat and beat them as they also took that season series 3-1.
The Game will be played in MSG where the Knicks only lost 10 games. Check out our predictions as we await for game time.
