Derek fisher completes buyout deal with Rockets, says he won't retire and desire for the sixth champions

Derek Fisher the 37-year-old PG comfirms the buyout agreement with the Houston Rockets last Sunday night. His business manager gave no indication of his plans for the future. Before Fisher was traded to Rocket from Laker, he has been continuous played 537 games and called the iron man of NBA.


After the trade, Houston Rockets wish to convince Fisher to play for Rocket in the rest of the Season. At present,  Houston Rockets is in the eight place of the Western. They hope the existence of the veteran Fisher in the dressing room can help them make a push for the playoffs, and can influence and drive the young players.


For next season, the contact of Fisher is $3.4 million and he will have the player option. After become the free agent, he can sign contact with any team except the Lakers. According to the provisions of the new collective bargaining agreement, only arrived after July 1, Derek fisher can sign with the Lakers.


As five champions player in his career, Derek fisher is still not plan to retire. "To win sixth champions is still his desire, and he would take the power to move on."
