The Clippers are looking to take a hold of this series with a win today. The Clippers won Game 1, 112-91 in a cgame that seemed close at first. Even in the second half, it looked as if this one was headed to overtime. Both of these guys have history and the will continue to build on their playoff past.
The Grizzlies pretty much do it as a team as they have a lot of guys who do their job quietly. Their most high profile player is probably Marc Gasol or maybe Zach Randolph, their rejunivated power forward. For the Clippers, they are the complete opposite. Blake Griffin is always on television as well as Chris Paul. They are two of the more popular and skilled players in the league today.
Expect hardcore basketball and a lot of contact. Paul, of course, will attempt to avoid this contact with his elusiveness. The winner of this series faces the No. 1 seeded Oklahoma City Thunder or the Houston Rockets, but we know who will more than likely win that series.
