Kevin Durant Shirt in Game 4 Horrendous or Fashionable? Playing and Dressing in Russell Westbrook's Name

Kevin Durant is the only one of the Oklahoma City Thunder duo able to share his fashion sense with the world. On Monday, Durant did just that by wearing a shirt the TNT crew found very interesting... in a bad way.

It was a blue floral button up that matched very well with the NBA Playoffs logo behind him during the press conference.

Personally, the shirt itself wasn't bad looking. I was in a luau themed birthday party over the weekend, so the shirt would have served its purposes matching the decoration. Now, once again, I've written a couple of these fashion in the NBA articles before, I am no fashion expert, but the shirt probably wouldn't have looked as weird if Durant hadn't buttoned it all the way to the top. Durant looks to tight and he doesn't have the best frame in the world to have a fitted shirt on. Had he popped the top button, then maybe, it would look a little more presentable.

If anything, the good news was that Durant wasn't wearing Hasheem Thabeet's shirt. I wouldn't even know what occasion to wear that shirt to. It looks like something designed after The Cracken with all those tentacles swirling around the shirt.

We've seen Durant wear classier things, but it wouldn't be hard to believe that Westbrook's unique and outstanding (sometimes outlandish) style is rubbing off on the former three-time shooting champion.

If there's one thing we can guess though is that Durant will keep this t-shirt locked away for as long as the Thunder are in the playoffs. Not that he didn't like it himself, but the Thunder lost this game, allowing the Houston Rockets to remain alive in the series. However, if there's anything positive about Monday's game was that Durant once again put up a hell of a game scoring 38 points. He was held in check for a good portion of the opening minutes, but eventually he got his ways.

Durant will look to continue making noise off the court with his style, but he will look forward to true making noise on the court as his Thunder try getting back to the NBA Finals despite missing a huge part of their offense in Russell Westbrook.
