John Abraham is still a free agent after the NFL draft and the former Atlanta Falcons defensive end is one of the top names on the market and he could be off of it soon, as he is visiting with the Tennessee Titans for two days this week.
According to NFL.com, Abraham is visiting the team for the next two days after stops with the Denver Broncos, Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots and he could be signed by the time he departs. Abraham is still on the market after the Falcons signed Osi Umiyenora to replace him and he could fit in with the Titans with Kamerion Wimbley and Derrick Morgan.
Abraham will be 35-years-old by the time the 2013 season starts and he could be an affordable addition. Abraham still has talent despite his age and he was one of the top rated players at his position in 2012, forcing 56 pressured and 38 hurries while recording 10 sacks.
Over the past three season Abraham has registered double digit sacks in two out of three with 2011 bringing 9.5 and he also has been consistently healthy, playing in all but two games over that span, including in all 16 in 2012. Last season he had 10 sacks and in 2010 he had his best season in recent years with 13 sacks and two forced fumbles and over the past two seasons he has forced 10 more. Last season he had seven batted passes at the line and made 35 tackles.
