The Golden State Warriors host the San Antonio Spurs in Game 4 of the NBA Playoffs. Don't miss the live action as these two squads hook up for another game. What time is game time? We have all you need to know for this game as the Warriors look to avoids the 1-3 hole.
Game Time: 3:30 p.m. ET
The Warriors have to win this game in order to stay in the fight. In order for the Warriors to win, they need to figure out a new offensive strategy for Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson, their best shooters. In Game 3 they shot a lame 12-37, scoring just 33 points. The more efficient players of the night weren't part of the home team as the Spurs won Game 3, 102-92. In fact, Tony Parker by himself almost matched point for point Thompson and Curry's production.
Parker had one of those games that reminds people why he's one of the best point guards in the NBA. Parker scored 32 points, though he didn't outscore Thompson and Curry, he did hit one more field goal than the tandem going 13-23 from the floor. Giving Parker a hand on the offense was big man Tim Duncan who scored 23 points. Together, this veteran duo combined for more than half of their team's points. Scoring half of their team's points is something the Warriors have to do if they want to win this afternoon.
This will be to the only game played on Sunday, Mother's Day in the U.S. This is probably good for all those mothers who don't really have a passion for sports. That way they get their husbands, fiancees and sons off the television and participating more in whatever family gathering is in session for the day's evening.
Curry seemed questionable for Game 4 after sustaining an ankle injury Friday evening, but chances are if he can sprint even with a slight limp, Curry will be in action today.
It's the Spurs and Warriors. Stay with us here at Sports World Report as we will bring you different ways to follow the game.
