The Golden State Warriors are playing the San Antonio Spurs tough and that was evident once again in the NBA playoffs second round as Stephen Curry and Klay Thomspon helped the team tie the series at 2-2 with a Game 4 victory on Sunday.

Curry was dealing with an ankle injury, but that didn't keep him out of the game and he was clutch for the Warriors, adding 22 points and six rebounds on Mother's Day to help with the 97-87 overtime win, bringing the series back even once again. The overtime period was dominated by the Warriors and the Spurs found themselves too far behind to catch up once they got going. Game 5 will be back in San Antonio and the Warriors will be looking to keep the strong play and the momentum going to take a 3-2 series lead with a victory.

Curry was tough to play on the ankle he hurt in the previous series against the Nuggets and Harrison Barnes was clutch as well, leading the way with 26 points and 10 rebounds, while Jarrett Jack had 24 points and Andrew Bogut had 18 rebounds while out muscling Tim Duncan all night. Curry was 7 of 15 from the field on the night and he hit half of his threes to lead the Warriors to a win and after getting treatment earlier in the day he was ready for the game.

Tony Parker was banged up as well and ended up with 17 points, while Duncan had 19 points and 15 rebounds. Manu Ginobili had 21 points in the game, but the Warriors didn't allow the Spurs to get back into at the end and finished the day with a 25-7 run to finish things off, including hitting 10 of 19 shots, while Spurs made just three. During that time the team got 12 points from Jack and the Warriors played bigger all game, winning the rebounding battle as well, while Klay Thompson hit a huge shot to get things tied at the end of regulation.

The overtime was all they needed, as they quickly took a nine point lead and the Spurs couldn't comeback. Curry was solid late and despite being on one ankle he was as good as he was the rest of play-offs, including in Game 1 when he had 44 points.
