When and Where: Tuesday's play from the Sony Ericsson Open in Miami gets underway at 11 a.m. ET. A live stream will be available throughout the day via ESPN3. You can also get live streaming coverage through the tournament Web site, with a subscription to TennisTV.com. TV coverage will be provided by the Tennis Channel.
Preview: After his best win in quite some time last night over long-time nemesis Roger Federer, Andy Roddick gets no time to savor the the moment, with the American back in action on Tuesday.
The live-armed American takes on Argentinian 21st seed Juan Monaco, in the fourth match of the day on StadiumCourt.
It will surely be tough for Roddick to get himself up again after what was surely an emotionally- and adrenaline-sapping win. Yet it is imperative that the former No. 1 show that his defeat of Federer was no one-off and that he could once again be a threat over the course of a whole tournament.
But the day's play opens with Rafael Nadal against the improving Kei Nishikori. The Japanese 22-year-old has risen steadily up the rankings of late to his current career high of No. 16.
The two also faced off in Miami last year with Nadal winning in straight sets.
Also in the men's draw, Novak Djokovic faces Richard Gasquet. The talented Frenchman can be a dangerous customer for anyone on the tour, especially with his glorious backhand. Yet his inconsistency remains a source of frustration.
And a 5-1 record in favor of Djokovic means an upset is unlikely.
Also looking to progress to the quarter-finals of the ATP Master's 1000 event are Andy Murray, Jo-Wilfried Tsonga and Mardy Fish. While the last match of the day could be quite a struggle between Juan Martin Del Potro and No. 5 seed David Ferrer.
The WTA draw has a couple of outstanding matches as the quarter-finals get underway. Serena Williams, looking to restore her fear factor in the women's game, takes on another former world No. 1 in Caroline Wozniacki.
Serena will return to the world's top 10 following the tournament and has won all of the pair's three meetings. Wozniacki has shown some improved form in Miami, but the Dane has always looked out-gunned against Serena, particularly during last year's US Open semi-final.
The other last-eight encounter on Tuesday is also intriguing with Maria Sharapova taking on Li Na. Li has won the last four encounters with the Russian, including a semi-final win on her way to winning last year's French Open. Yet having won the pair's previous five contests, Sharapova will be keen to reassert her dominance in the rivalry as she looks for another shot at world No. 1 Victoria Azarenka.
