---Pregame ceremonies taking place right now----

The Miami Heat and the Indiana Pacers have a date tonight as they are set to play Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals. The winner of tonight's game takes a 2-1 series lead. If you can't watch the game, check out the live scoring updates with play-by-play and stats from this pivotal Game 3.

The Pacers should be up 2-0 in this series. They weren't able to close out Game 1, but these young guys learned their lesson quickly and were able to finish the Heat off in Game 2 getting a great game from their big man, Roy Hibbert. George Hill bounced back in Game 2 providing 18 points on 6-8 shooting.

The true story for the Pacers is how well Paul George has been playing in this postseason. It's scary to think what the Pacers could have been if Danny Granger were healthy. They pretty much have a little bit of everything in their lineup, length, speed, strength and these guys don't take anything for granted.

It's either the Pacers are really that great or the Heat are taking them for granted. We have yet to see the Heat play to their full potential. They aren't making threes and LeBron James is the true only scoring threat in their lineup. Mario Chalmers, who has become an integral part of this team's offense, only has 16 points through the first two games of the series. Chris Bosh is the second highest scorer in the Heat with 34 points, while Shane Battier has yet to hit a three. If this continues, we might see the defending champs exit the playoffs a lot sooner than expected.

Game three tips off at 8:30 p.m. ET. At stake is a 2-1 lead in the Eastern Conference Finals. The Pacers are 6-0 at home in the playoffs. Can the Heat end this streak or will they find themselves down 1-2 against the Pacers in the playoffs once again.
