Tony Parker is a magician with the basketball and he proved that in Game 1 of the NBA finals on Thursday night, as he sunk a beautiful shot to put the Miami Heat away as time was running down in the fourth quarter.
Parker dribbled in the backcourt and had to maneuver his way around LeBron James and Dwyane Wade and after he fell down to one knee he was able to keep his dribble going and put a shot up with seven seconds to go. The Spurs were leading 90-88 before Parker put up the shot and after letting go right at the shot clock buzzer, he made it to give the team a four point lead to put Miami out of reach.
Parker has been the best player for the Spurs all playoffs and he did it again with his amazing shot while also scoring 21 points with six assists. The spurs are now up 1-0 on the Heat heading inot Game 2.
