Galatasaray have decided against pursuing Nani after Manchester United rejected their bid for the Portuguese winger.
Nani had a disappointing time of it last season, and has been widely tipped to find a new club in the summer.
Talks over a new contract with United have stalled and with just one year remaining on his current deal, it is believed United will listen to offers for the talented yet unpredictable 26-year-old.
Galatasaray was one of the teams interested in signing Nani, however they have pulled themselves out of the running after deciding against meeting United's transfer demands of £8.5 million ($13.2 million).
"We offered €7 million (£6 million, $9.3 million) for him," Galatasaray chairman Unal Aysal told Milliyet. "But they didn't accept. We can't give more than this.
"We are not going to follow Nani anymore. We can't give more than €7 million for him. They want €10 million (£8.5 million, $13.2 million). Because of this he is not on our transfer list anymore."
Sir Alex Ferguson, before announcing his retirement, constantly insisted Nani was not for sale and it remains to be seen what David Moyes thinks of the Portuguese, especially with highly-rated winger Wilfried Zaha coming into the club next season.
Nani, last week, admitted he is still considering his future and would make a decision in the next few days.
"I have not yet decided where I am going or if I am going," Nani told RTP last week.
"In the next few days I will decide my future."
Nani has been linked with several clubs in Serie A as well, with Juventus and Inter Milan particularly showing an interest, while Benfica and Porto are thought to be interested in bringing the winger back to his homeland.
Arsenal were also linked with a move for Nani in the January transfer window, but it looks more likely the winger will either stay with United or move to a club outside the English Premier League.
