Hank Azaria is known for his fantastic voice acting on "The Simpsons" and he took that to the Major League level recently, as he announced the Los Angeles Dodgers starting lineup using voices of the characters, including Apu, Moe the Bartender and Police Chief Wiggum.
According to Yahoo Sports, Azaria came before Olivia Munn throwing out the first pitch the day before and the crowd loved hearing the names of players in the special voices, including new superstar Yasiel Puig. The team is having a rough start to the year and with players like Hanley Ramirez and Matt Kemp on the DL, it's nice to have some comedy at the ballpark.
According to Hardball Talk From NBC Sports, Kemp suffered a setback while trying to return from a hamstring injury that put him on the DL, while Ramirez was pulled out of the lineup and put on the bench for the fourth straight game as the team wants to take an MRI. Ramirez has been dealing with injuries all season so far and now he may be placed on the DL again depending on what happens with the MRI. Ramirez could be back on the DL for the third time, while Kemp may take a bit longer to come back.
