NBA Finals 2013: Chris Bosh to Retire with Miami Heat, Tired of Trade Rumors as Lebron James, Dwayne Wade Prepare to Tie Series 2-2 Against San Antonio Spurs

Chris Bosh has received the brunt of the criticism regarding the Miami Heat. Whenever the fans or NBA analysts get frustrated when the Miami Heat struggle, Bosh is always the first name mentioned of players that need to change. He is tired of it. As the Heat prepare to tie the series up against the San Antonio Spurs, Bosh is lashing back at his critics and ending any and all rumors.

Trade rumors have already begun to swirl and the Heat are not even close to ending their season yet. Bosh recently put his house in South Beach up for sale, leading many to believe that the rumors might be true and one of the Big Three could be leaving in the offseason. The Charlotte Bobcats are already discussing swapping their fourth round draft pick to get Bosh when the season is over. The All-Star however is not concerned.

"You know man, I don't care [about the trade rumors]. At first, I used to care. But that hindered my game. And they're going to talk about you, anyway. It's something that you can't ever overcome. So why should you even try to prove people wrong? I just play the game," Bosh said.

Bosh joined up with the Heat in 2010, forming the "Big Three" alongside LeBron James and Dwayne Wade. But, as the Heat struggle against the Spurs and Bosh has had an inconsistent impact on the team throughout the playoffs, many wonder how long he will stay in South Beach. All three can opt out of their contract next offseason. James and Bosh have almost the exact same salary, yet Bosh is considered the more expendable player.

Bosh is relocating his home, but is insistent that it is more due to a recent robbery that took place at his house and nothing more.

"I'm in Miami for the rest of my career. I plan to be there. I plan to retire there. I plan to win hoefully a lot more championships there. So that's where my home is," Bosh said.

Miami is hoping that the Big Three can get the momentum going on Thursday night as the team hopes to tie the series up 2-2 in San Antonio. Everyone essentially had their worst game in Game 3 and look to get back on track in Game 4. If the Heat eventually end up losing the series to the Spurs, the trade rumors will run wild around Bosh.
