The San Antonio Spurs are now up 3-2 in the NBA Finals against the Miami Heat after winning Game 5 at home 114-104 and now the team is in the driver's seat as the series shifts back to South Florida on Tuesday night for Game 6.

The Spurs were sparked by a record-setting Danny Green and rejuvenated Manu Ginobili, as Green set the record for 3-pointers in a finals series while making six in Game 5, giving him the record at 23, which was held by Heat star Ray Allen. Green finished the game with six three's and 24 points, while Ginobili had his best game of the playoffs, scoring 24 points, a season high for him, with 10 assists and countless plays that kept the Spurs ahead.

The Heat were within one point in the third quarter at 75-74, but then the Spurs went on a huge ruin and the Heat almost were able to come back, but it wasn't enough. Tony Parker, despite having an injured hamstring, led the spurs with 26 points, while Tim Duncan had 12 rebounds and Ginobili led with 10 assists, giving the Big 3 for the Spurs the advantage over the Heat's trio.

Dwyane Wade finished with 25 points, 10 assists and four rebounds with two blocks for one of his best games of the series and now the Heat will have to rally with two home wins to take the series. LeBron James scored 25 points as well but it wasn't enough to win the game and after missing eight of nine shots down the stretch, the Spurs were able to pull away and keep the lead. The Spurs are now close to winning their fourth title together with the Big 3 and Duncan is looking for his fifth career championship since 1999.

James and company are looking to win for the second straight year, but it will be tough as the Spurs showed they can win in Miami and they won't be worried about the home crowd. Miami wants to push things to a Game 7 and they proved they can do that when they won it against the Pacers and they may have to do it again this time. Green was fantastic hitting three's and in the finals he is shooting over 65 percent from three with 25 field goals in five game, which is already almost as many he had all postseason. He is also averaging 18 points in the finals.
