Aaron Hernandez is now in jail once again after being denied bail at an appeals hearing and after being charged with the murder of Odin Lloyd on Wednesday, the former Patriots star is facing new questions about his past, including from pictures obtained by TMZ.

The website posted first a gun picture of Hernandez from Florida that prosecutors said looked like or was the same gun used in the murder of Lloyd and on Thursday they also posted a picture of Hernandez putting up gang signs. The report says that the picture is from six years ago when he was 17-years-old and still in high school at Bristol Central High. The picture shows him throwing up gang signs that are associated with the Bristol Bloods Street gang in his hometown.

The picture has Hernandez in red sneakers, a red hat and a red shirt and putting up the signs, while they also zeroed in on his tattoos from the hearing. One on his hands says "Bloods" and that could be connected to the gang as well. The gang ties are nothing new for Hernandez and now that the case is moving he is being scrutinized more and more. He had issues at Florida with drug tests and other issues and now he is facing possible life in prison.

Hernandez was painted as the murder in the bail hearing and the judge called him cold blooded and now he will await trial in jail. He leaves behind a fiancée and a daughter and he is also now being investigated in another case, a double murder from Boston, while an accomplice was also arrested in connection with the Lloyd murder.
