Last night against the Mets, Braves pitcher Tim Hudson suffered a gruesome ankle injury when Eric Young stepped on his ankle on first base, fracturing it completely, but it wasn't the only thing that broke at Citi Field, as Freddie Freeman hit a foul tip into a camera, shattering the glass in front of it.
Hudson was dealing with a 6-0 lead when the play happened and the scary time afterwards saw him get taken off on a stretcher as Young tried to apologize. Making it even worse, Hudson already touched the bag with his foot when he stretched out to try and tag the base when Young hit his leg. Tough breaks at Citi Field, literally, on Wednesday.
