Time: 7:30 p.m. ET

TV-Channel: Not Airing

Where to Watch: NFL Live Stream

Unfortunately, only the Chicago Bears and Carolina Panthers fans will have the luxury of watching their teams on TV. However, there is a live stream available on NFL.com for only $15. We will bring that link to you later. Here's what to expect from tonight's game between the Panthers and Eagles.

The Panthers are coming off a successful first game, though they turned the ball over more than they envisioned. They defeated the Bears 24-17 by giving them a taste of their own medicine. Josh Norman picked Matt Blanchard with 6:24 left to play in the third quarter. He ran it back for the 60-yard pick-six, giving the Panthers a comfortable 20-10 lead. Derek Anders, the former Cleveland Brown and Arizona Cardinal had a solid outing, going for 133 passing yards, but he had an interception. David Gettis had a solid receiving game. He caught three passes for 56 yards.

The Eagles lost a game that never belonged to them. They were down 14-7 in the first quarter and that lead augmented to 10 by the half. Ultimately, the Eagles lost 31-22 at the hands of the New England Patriots. However, there were some good sights in the first game. First of all, they used an array of quarterbacks. Matt Barkley led the way with 103 yards and a touchdown after an 11/22 passing performance. Michael Vick also joined the show going 4/5 for 94 passing yards and a touchdown. G.J. Kinne, who played at Tulsa, went 2/2 for 60 yards, Nick Foles went 5/6 for 43 passing yards and Dennis Dixon went 7/13 for 41 passing yards.

It must be a little uneasy if you're Vick. All of these quarterbacks are getting tons of reps. The Eagles are probably still traumatized from last year's preseason injury to Vick which would explain the excessive rotation at the QB position. Greg Salas was favored target as the receiver went for 54 yards and a score. Clay Harbor followed suit with a 47-yard performance while DeSean Jackson caught one pass for 47 yards, wound up in the end zone and called it a day.

The Eagles will also continue to look for more help on the receiving end. They added former Oregon and Houston Texan, Jeff Maehl to their roster. Meanwhile, the Panthers hope Jonathan Stewart, their running back, can return from his recent ankle surgeries. Both teams are super talented and looking to excel in 2013. The Panthers' start QB, Cam Newton says he will no longer make excuses, while Vick believes, with health on his side, the Eagles could contend in the NFC East.
