Philadelphia Weather Report: Forecast for Eagles' Game Tonight in Lincoln Financial Field against Panthers

Aug 15, 2013 03:24 PM EDT

Well, this is pretty obvious. The image says it all. Philadelphia will receive beautiful weather as the Eagles host the Carolina Panthers in Lincoln Financial Center at 7:30 p.m. ET. Here's a more detailed report on what you can expect as the East Coast has been getting September-like weather in recent days.

The weather is not going to remain in the 80's at sunset, when the game is expected to begin. Currently, it is sunny with the temperature at 78 degrees Fahrenheit. The humidity measures at 32 percent, with a 5 MPH wind. The temperature will remain in the 70's while the sun is around, but once it takes a dip, the temperatures will sink along with it.

By 9 p.m., temperatures will be at 68 degrees with 59 percent humidity. If things get too boring, expect fans to quickly start walking away. The humidity will increase, though the temperature will not be affected. By the conclusion of the game, temperatures are expected to be somewhere around 66-65 degrees with the humidity sitting in the upper-60's with a 10 percent chance of rain. The winds are expected to remain calm all throughout the night.

It should be a great day for football since it will not be hot, but not too cold. Check out weather.com for more information behind the night's weather.
