The Packers will be trying to get their first victory in the preseason after getting pounded by the Arizona Cardinals in Week 1's meeting last Friday. Graham Harrell went 12/19 with 76 passing yards with an interception. Aaron Rodgers got some burn, completing three of five passes for 62 yards. He was the only Packers' quarterback with a quarterback rating in triple digits. Vince Young went 1/3 for seven yards, at least he didn't throw an interception.
The Packers only totaled 223 yards of offense in Friday's game. It's only the preseason though, so of course, there's room for improvement. The Packers were held scoreless by the Cardinals, who have veteran quarterbacks taking over this year.
The Packers face a Rams team that is also seeking their first victory of the season. The Packers better watch out as the Rams have a strong receiving core and their quarterbacks had pretty strong games in Week 1. Sam Bradford went 5/8 last week with 102 passing yards and one touchdown. Kellen Clemens went 6/13 for 116 with one touchdown and two interceptions. Austin Davis had the least yards, going 9/16 for 96 yards.
Chris Givens, the Rams' wide receiver, had three catches for 82 yards and a score, while Raymond Radway also caught three catches and a touchdown.
