Setting things off immediately at Arthur Ashe Stadium, Li and Robson attempt to advance to the fourth round of the action. This is the first time Li faces a seeded player in the tournament. She defeated both Sofia Arvidsson and Olga Govortsova in straight sets by the same score of 6-2, 6-2. Robson had some trouble getting by the Frenchwoman, Caroline Garcia in the second round. The British player eventually put away Garcia 6-4, 7(7)-6(5).
Novak Djkovic (1) vs. Benjamin Becker 1 p.m. ET
Djokovic found out he was facing Becker seconds after defeating Ricardas Berankis in the first round of the Men's Singles tournament. After Juan Martin del Potro took all afternoon and evening to get by his matchup, Djokovic stormed past Berankis in straight sets, 6-1,6-2,6-2.
Sloane Stephens (15) vs. Jamie Hampton (23) Immediately Follows Djokovic
Stephens played like a true superstar Wednesday night, breezing by Urszula Radwanska in straight sets, winning 6-1, 6-1. Stephens suffered a scare in the first round against Mandy Minella, but that is now in the past. When this youngster focuses, her opponents are in for a long day of tennis.
Andy Murray (3) vs. Leonardo Mayer
This match immediately follows the Women's Singles match of Agnieszka Radwanska (3) vs. Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova (32), which starts at 11 a.m. So if you want to see the defending champion take the court, tune in around 1 p.m. ET.
