Dallas Cowboys Trade Rumors: Dante Rosario Traded To Chicago Bears After Sean Lissemore Deal To Chargers

The Dallas Cowboys made some roster moves and transactions following the 53-man roster deadline on Saturday and after making cuts the team traded away a couple players, including Dante Rosario to the Chicago Bears and Sean Lissemore to the San Diego Chargers.

According to Pro Football Talk, the team traded away Rosario since they have enough depth at tight end behind Jason Witten and the team website confirmed that they traded him to Chicago for a seventh round pick in next years draft. The report also says that the team traded Lissemore to San Diego for a seventh round pick in 2015, adding some late round options over the next two years. The Cowboys can use those draft picks in trades later down the line and the Bears acquire a solid backup in Rosario.

The team traded Lissemore, a defensive tackle, to the Chargers in a somewhat surprising move, as they could use the bodies at the position after dealing with Jay Ratliff being out and he also played well at times last season. The Chargers added depth to their roster and now the Cowboys are about set for their Week 1 game against the Giants.
