Aaron Hernandez Photos: Facebook and Twitter Still Online As Patriots TE Double Murder Clues In Uncle's Bristol House For Police?

The Aaron Hernandez murder case involving the death of Odin Lloyd has been moving through the court system since the summer and now that the former Patriots tight end has pled not guilty in superior court in Massachusetts, a trial date will likely be set for next fall.

Hernandez was arrested the week after Lloyd's body was found less than a mile from his home in North Attleboro and was released by the New England Patriots that very same day despite previously being given a $40 million contract extension. Hernandez has also come under scrutiny for his possible role in a double murder in Boston from last year and clues from that case has led directly to a relative, Hernandez' uncle that lives in Bristol.

According to the Associated Press, police have centered on the Bristol home of Hernandez's uncle, as people connected to the Lloyd murder allegedly had been staying there and police also found possible connections to the double murder at the home. The report says that police tracked down a gray/silver SUV with Rhode Island plates that was allegedly the car that was used in the double murder drive by shooting and that vehicle was found in a garage at the home.

Adding to that connection, the gun in the murders of Daniel Jorge Correia de Abreu and Safiro Teixeira Furtado was recently found and can be tied back to the house as well. Police found the gun over the summer after a traffic accident search of a car and after matching up the ballistics of the gun, it was a fit for the double murder in Boston. The girl who had the gun in her possession said that it belonged to a "friend" and that his nickname was Chicago. After that, investigators called a man named John Alcorn, aka Chicago, to testify before a grand jury, where he said he did not have a connection to the gun.

The reason that is interesting, is because Alcorn was related to Thaddeus Singleton, who was married to Hernandez's cousin Tanya Cummings before he died in a car accident. His cousin remains in custody now for refusing to appear before a grand jury and that doesn't add up to anything good for Hernandez either.

Hernandez is currently facing life in jail for his crimes and making matters more embarrassing, both his Twitter and Facebook profiles remain active, although they have not been updated in a while. Hernandez's Facebook page has over 60,000 likes and still gets comments from people, while his last post was regarding Memorial Day weekend.

Hernandez's twitter has over 180,000 followers and the last message he wrote was "good morning" which was from June 18, just before he was arrested for the murders and Lloyd's body was found. Many experts think the trial will begin next fall in 2014.
