Tottenham reached the quarterfinals last season and will look to improve on their success the second time around.
Beginning with Tromso, six matches await Tottenham in their attempts to progress to the Europa League knockout rounds.
Boss Andre Villas-Boas' side have begun their Premier League season winning three of their four games thus far, but they are expected to make a number of changes to his side for the Europa League.
Wingers Aaron Lennon (foot) and Nacer Chadli (hip) are both ruled out through injury, while midfielder Etienne Capoue is sidelined with an ankle problem. Villas-Boas will likely want to rest Gylfi Sigurdsson after his brace against Norwich and ahead of Sunday's match with Cardiff.
Meanwhile, Tromso have only reached the group stages of the Europa League after Besiktas was kicked out of the competition for their part in the match-fixing scandal in Turkey.
Tromso will be without defender Hans Norbye after suffering a broken nose in last weekend's victory over Rosenborg.
